Springfield Soccer Club

Tryouts are now completed.   The following SSC High School Boy teams have been selected:

SSC U15
SSC U16
SSC U17  (some U17 players are on the U18 roster – please check both)
SSC U18

All players are requested to accept/decline their invitation by emailing springfieldsc@sbcglobal.net   NO later than Friday, November 27, 2009 at 5 pm. 

Those players that have been selected to train and compete with a SSC team should print out, complete and submit the forms included in this 2009 SSC HS Boys Registration Packet. 
Deadline for submitting the forms to the SSC office is Friday, December 4, 2009.

Forms should be returned by mail to:
